I’m Olivia Sisinni, and I’m a web designer here at ReminderMedia. And I know that one of themost challenging aspects of sales is making cold calls. And ReminderMedia’s Cold Calling Training Set is going to help to teach you the fundamentals of this essential practice.
Here’s how you navigate the training set in four simple steps.
So, the first thing you’re going to want to do is scroll down until you see training modules. And you can start by clicking on the notepad and pencil here, where it says, “Before the Call.” Or, if you’re returning after completing previous work, you can hit part two or part three—just depending on where you are.
From there, you can navigate to each lesson by clicking on the icons above each one or by using the menu at the top here to navigate between the Emotion section, Energy, Being Prepared, or Script.
Clicking any of these is going to shoot you down to that particular section of the page. So, if you’re returning after completing previous lessons, it makes it easier for you to access the lessons that you’re up to.
Next, after you’ve clicked on the icon and loaded the page, you can watch a video or read the text that’s on the section. You can re-watch the video as many times as you need. When you’re done reading or watching, you can press the “Next Section” button at the bottom of the page to get to the next lesson, or, if you’re done with the current category, you can also press the back button. This one says “Before the Call,” and this will take you to the main page for the part that you’re currently going through.
So, in this case, I’m now back on the part one page. Once you’ve completely finished part one, “Before the Call,” you can scroll down to the bottom and hit “Training Home” to return back to the Cold Calling homepage. From here, you can navigate to part two and part three.
