Studying the market and her competitors, Marie decided to devote herself to providing information to two select niche audiences: Nashville’s first-time homebuyers and people wanting to relocate to Nashville from out of state. Her strategy paid off. In two years, she closed multiple transactions worth $10 million and today reports that 70% of her business comes from organic traffic to her Instagram account.
