WHY

As an agent I know we have to do something to stay in touch with our clients, and a lot of agents will use the postcards, newsletters, and other traditional mailers and I never want to knock those things or call them junk, because they all serve a purpose.

But let me ask you, when you get home from a long a day and you pull all that stuff out of the mail box, let’s say you’re in the kitchen in front of the circular file, going through your mail, and you come across those sort of things, what do you do with that stuff?

[“Throw them out, I don’t even look at them, I recycle them, etc.”]

Exactly! And, that’s really why this works so well. When people get it, they perceive it as a gift or an item of value, so it will make it past the trash can onto the coffee table where it will keep you in the presence of opportunity to drive more referrals and secure repeat business for the future.
