Price

Before I go over the incentives, I’m going to give you a great price but, you and I both know, no one buys on price alone, you have to see value as well. So I guess what I’m asking you is, if the price is right, do you see enough value in the concept to give it a shot?

Perfect, grab a pen really quick, if you don’t have one no big deal, the pricing is really cut and dry. We actually have three incentives for your office which I’ll share very quickly and then I’ll leave you with a final thought.

The first incentive is the price per issue.

The price per issue is $4.99 per publication. Now that includes everything: printing, postage and customization. Typically, that is our thousand-count rate, but we lowered the minimum to just 50. If you just focus on your top 50 relationships, you’re only investing a total of $189.50.

Here’s the thing, you don’t incur that cost up front, you’ll pay that when you’re ready to send out your first issue. You’ll have the opportunity to pick that deadline once you start working with your marketing coach.

Now there is an exclusivity/set up cost which is the second incentive. Usually that’s $299 but we did reduce that to a onetime cost of just $99. Just so you know what that goes towards…

We have a graphics team that will color correct your photo once you send it to us, you will also be assigned a marketing coach that you can bounce ideas off of and they’re going to hold your hand throughout the entire process

Now, my favorite part is that we work off of exclusivity. Meaning anyone that you send this to, give me their address and I will lock them in so NO one else can mail this to them. Not another Realtor, financial advisor, attorney etc. Does that make sense?

Great, so the third incentive before I leave you with that final thought, is that this is a One-Time Commitment-Free Trial Mailing. Now I don’t want to mislead you, it’s not FREE, you do pay the price per issue and the exclusivity cost, but it is a chance to send it out one time with no commitment to test the waters and get the feedback from your clients.

And I will tell you, we have an 84% retention rate, meaning 8.4 out of every 10 agents that try it out 1 time, mail with us for years to come.
