Step outside your comfort zone.
At least one time a week, step outside your comfort zone and introduce yourself to someone new. Guys, this is going to be one of the hardest things you do in this business because it’s awkward a lot of times it’s uncomfortable, but I want you to reach out to them let them know that you’re in real estate and ask if you can keep in contact with them by adding them to your list. Your ability to do this and step outside your comfort zone will be directly correlated to the amount of success you have in this business.
