Today, I’m going to share with you five tips of different locations to place your promotional copies to help build your community presence.
Number one
Tip number one. One of the most common places to put your promotional copies would be waiting rooms. Oftentimes, people like to place them for doctors and dentists offices which is perfectly fine. I tend to think outside of the box just a little bit. Different places where clients and prospects might be such as the OB/GYN the cardiologists office at the hospital, high-end car dealerships, maybe Lexus or Jeep, as well as a hairstylist, and various other locations where people might be waiting around.
After a while, they get used to seeing the same National Geographics, PEOPLE, and Time magazine, so giving them something entertaining and fun to look at especially when you can take the Tear Out Card with you, is a great place to leave your promotional copy.
Number two
Tip two. Placing them in hotel lobbies. Take your promotional copy in, introduce yourself to the receptionist, and let them know you would like to place them in their lobby. They could be your biggest support and your biggest advocate for your business. In fact, oftentimes, when you go onmvacation or business trip you have no place to stay so you’re gonna stay in a hotel by placing your promotional copies there you’re helping yourself engage with your potential audience members.
Number three
Tip number three. Placing them at the gym. 58 million Americans have a membership to a gym or health club. A business card or a flyer might get lost in the gym, where your personalized copy of the magazine is going to stick around. Place them there where people can look at it between sets.
Number four
Tip number four. Your place of worship. Whether it’s a church, synagogue, mosque, or temple it is a tight-knit community. Being able to engage with potential audience members there helps you build community trust. So, take some promotional copies with you, engage with other members of your church, and be able to hand them out to help generate more qualified referrals.
Number five
And tip number five, the final place. Introduce yourself to wedding planners and divorce attorneys. Whether a couple is looking for financial advice, or buying or selling a home, they’re going to be the first people to know, so introduce yourself, take some promotional copies, and let them be an advocate for potential clients for you.
