There are a ton of lead generation systems for service-based sales professionals. Most systems have some unique value, but if you want to see significant ROI, then you need to carry out these three actions with any system you choose to invest in if you want to see profit.

Alright so it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in sales or in business we’re all craving that magic bullet that ability to just purchase some type of system that just rains leads in from the sky, but the truth is I think we all suffer for can be shiny object syndrome where we get a sales call from someone and they guarantee us a certain amount of leads in a month and we end up purchasing and what happens to us is we spread ourselves too thin start buying a ton of different systems and end up with less leads and a lot less money.
In today’s video I want to give you guys three points to think about when you think about purchasing a lead generation system.
Number one.
The first point is your budget you need to go into this defining a budget for yourself. Now keep in mind this is gonna grow exponentially as you get a lead and you close that deal you want to invest back into that budget but you don’t start out with unlimited money so you might not be able to afford $2,000 a month on Zillow maybe it’s just $100 a month as a mailer but you need to set aside a certain amount of amount of money that’s dedicated to that lead generation system.
Number two.
The second point is you need to put a commitment of time and effort into this system the number one mistake I see across the board in any business is they purchase a lead generation system and they don’t work it and they don’t commit to a certain amount of time I would give you the advice that it should be a minimum of 90 days more the better because it gives you ample time to produce results but a minimum of 90 days and you have to put in the effort to get the results.
Number three.
Then the third and final point is make sure you track everything you do. Don’t let yourself end up at the end of that 90 day period and you have no historical data of how this performed for you and how it increased your leads so track everything you do.
