It’s the Only List You Need

If you’re overwhelmed by the number of real estate podcasts available, are unsure about which ones are truly worth your time and attention, or you’ve been led astray by false prophets, you can breath easy . . . I’ve got you covered.

But let’s be real for a moment.

Who can really say what’s the best, especially when dealing with the logic of the internet?

And who needs 30 “best” podcasts—all of them about real estate?

So, with that insight, I’ve handpicked the five blogs below to give you a curated list of what, I believe, you’ll agree can legitimately be titled the best of all the best real estate podcasts of 2021.

1. BiggerPockets

Hosts: Brandan Turner, David Greene, and Joshua Dorkin

Apple Podcasts: (14,150 ratings)

741K YouTube subscribers, 51.1M views

This podcast is a little different from the ones that follow. Its focus is primarily on the real estate investor, which is cool because many real estate agents (the primary audience for the other four podcasts) are also investors.

Episodes feel like a laid-back conversations. The trio of hosts interviews investors who pursue opportunities in different real estate niches and who are willing to share what they’ve learned—the good, the bad, and the downright ugly. You may not want to drain your nest egg until you’ve listened to these guys for a while.

“The wealth of information here is priceless! I have been interested in the subject of real estate for many years now . . .  I was turned on to BP by a friend and have been binge-listening for weeks now! The interviews are outstanding. I really feel this podcast is like having my own real estate mentor. Thanks for providing this amazing resource.” ~AZ epic, iTunes

2. Real Estate Rockstars

Hosts: Pat Hiban and Aaron Amuchastegui

Apple Podcasts (644 ratings)

2.31K YouTube subscribers, 81.9K views

As the name implies, listeners are treated to interviews with some of the biggest names, most sought-after gurus, and top producers in the industry. The point is to learn from the best about what works and what doesn’t, and the hosts questions ensure listeners walk away with a clear understanding of how they can capitalize on the former and avoid the latter.

“Great content for agents and others! This is one of the few real estate podcasts I still listen to. They not only provide great content for agents but also real estate investors and business owners. You will not be disappointed!” ~Jordan Moorhead, iTunes

3. Stay Paid

Hosts: Luke Acree and Josh Stike

Apple Podcasts: (219 ratings)

4.22K YouTube subscribers, 852K views

Yes, Stay Paid is ReminderMedia’s podcast, but before you accuse me of being self-serving, hear me out for a minute.

They may be the newer kids on the block, but I’ve never seen two people who bring so much joy and energy to a podcast as Luke and Josh. If for no other reason, that joy makes Stay Paid worth listening to. It’s with these guys that authentic conversation has found its home.

Every Monday, the Stay Paid pals host some of the top names in real estate, finance, marketing, and sales. Past guests include Tom Ferry, Mike Cardone, Kevin Harrington, Tom Hegna, Andy Dane Carter, and Ed Slott. Each episode produces a small fortune in golden nuggets that listeners can apply to their business that same day.

But they also interview guests who may not be national players but whose advice is sound, practical, and worth sharing because they are in the trenches and tell it like it is.

Thursdays are Silver Dollar episodes, and it’s then that you can experience the chemistry that makes these guys fun to listen to. Among the dad jokes, shenanigans, holiday costumes, and show producer Arielle’s attempts to keep them on track, Luke and Josh provide quick-hitting, rubber-meets-the-road advice about real estate and marketing in 15 minutes or less (or at least that’s the goal).

“The benchmark for client development. Luke and Josh have been essential to my understanding and best practices of building a really strong relationship with my clients. I have increased my activity and I have seen at least a 3x in revenue due to the many improvement I’ve made over the past year. Thank you guys.” ~daneillds112, iTunes
