What is The Pink Fund?

This nonprofit’s mission is to bridge the gap between what health insurance covers and the daily living expenses patients still face during breast cancer treatment. Because even when medical needs are addressed, many patients struggle to pay rent, utilities, transportation, and other essential bills—burdens that can add stress to an already difficult time. Here’s a closer look at what they do: 

• Provide 90-day nonmedical cost-of-living assistance to breast cancer patients
• Help with things like housing, utilities, food, transportation, and insurance
• Work nationally, partnering with treatment centers, hospitals, and community groups to identify and assist patients in need
• Offer transparency and accountability, ensuring that funds go directly to essential household expenses

This October, ReminderMedia is making a $10,000 donation to The Pink Fund as part of our ongoing commitment to causes that support health, wellness, and communities in need. We’re also giving our clients the option to participate with special “Pink Edition” covers and ads for their branded materials, which can help raise awareness about the financial struggles that many cancer patients face.
