In sales, there’s nothing worse than investing time and money into getting your deals close to the finish line only for them to fall short.
In today’s episode of Above the Noise, Director of Sales Nick Bianco shares three tips on how you can ensure that your deals get closed no matter what.
Hey everybody, my name is Nick Bianco, I’m the Director of Sales for ReminderMedia filling in for the famous Luke Acree. Today we’re gonna cover three tips that are no-brainers to make sure your deals get across the finish line.
Now, the first thing I want to talk about today is once you get a deal to that finish line right there, what I think happens to so many of our reps and so many of you out there is that we start forgetting why did the prospect engage with us. So, stress value. This isn’t the time to talk about discounts, or incentives. If you can prove to the prospect that they have a problem and you have the solution, and reiterate to that to them you’re gonna get thedeal across the finish line.
Now, the second point happens to a ton of reps out there. You’ve worked so hard on this deal, right? And you’re seeing it slip through your fingers, fall through the cracks—don’t panic. Make sure you maintain your composure. Make sure you remember the important things that you talked about with them earlier on in the conversation. And really start to just go back to basicsand re-engage them on why they started talking to you in the first place.
Now, the third tip sounds super simple—confidence. So many reps out there work so hard and when it gets to this stageand the prospects balking they start to worry is this the actual solution, am I saying the right things. If you’re not confident and what you’re saying to the prospect and you’re not confident and how you can solve their problem they’re never going to be confident in that you can actually do that. So remember to stay confident.
So there you have it, it’s as simple as that. I hope you liked what you saw today. If you did, definitely subscribe to us on YouTube, check us out on Instagram, and come back and watch some more. But, most importantly remember to take action on this today!
