When sellers are faced with the option of selling their home themselves, it seems like a great way to save some money. But cutting out a realtor is just as risky as cut-rate versions of the examples below. Hopefully they act as some fun food for thought…

1. Doctors – Anytime your medical professionals are offering half-off sales, it’s a bit of a red flag.
