Where can I find My Account?

Login to your account manager. This will open a new window where you will see Account in the upper right-hand corner. From there you can access your billing history and payment method, as well as change your password.

What can I update in Profile?

Under Profile in the left-hand sidebar, you can update your phone numbers, emails, and your name or team name. You have the ability to add, modify, or delete your information.

What is contained within the American Lifestyle section?

Under American Lifestyle on the left-hand sidebar, you can access your recipients, and edit your list. You can also access your promotional copies, contact block, front cover, front inside cover, tear out cards, back inside cover, back cover, mailing history, and future mailings. All of these can be modified under this section.

Where is the save button? How do I know I have completed everything?

As you go through the various sections, there will always be an option to save your changes before you exit the section you are in.

How do I separate/edit the mailing list?

You can separate and edit your mailing list under American Lifestyle on the left-hand sidebar.

Where can I find my billing history?

Billing history is located under My Account, and is where you can access your previous billing statements.
